- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or cheese blend)
- 1 cup cream or cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and chicken broth in a slow cooker.
- Add the cream or cream cheese and mix until well incorporated.
- Top generously with shredded cheese.
- Close the lid and cook on low for 120-180 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Stir well before serving and optionally garnish with green onions or parsley.
Notes
For additional flavor, drizzle more buffalo sauce on top before serving. This dish can be prepped the night before and cooked the next day.
