Description

A delightful creamy pasta dish featuring bowtie pasta, ground beef, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for cozy dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked through, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, gradually mixing in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Fold in the cooked bowtie pasta, ensuring it is well coated with the creamy sauce.
  6. Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For make-ahead options, prepare the creamy sauce a day in advance and store it in the fridge. Reheat gently before serving.
