Description

A comforting and rich dish combining tender chicken, pillowy gnocchi, and a luscious creamy sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 lb Gnocchi
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Sear the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil until cooked through, about 6–7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet until golden, about 1 minute.
  3. Deglaze the pan with white wine, scraping up any brown bits. Let it reduce for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Create the sauce by stirring in heavy cream and Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Add cooked gnocchi and fresh spinach, mixing gently to combine.
  6. Finish by slicing the chicken and returning it to the skillet, mixing well.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with more Parmesan and cracked pepper.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap some heavy cream for vegetable broth. Customize by adding seasonal vegetables.
