Ingredients

- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1 lb Gnocchi
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Fresh Spinach
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Sear the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil until cooked through, about 6–7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet until golden, about 1 minute.
- Deglaze the pan with white wine, scraping up any brown bits. Let it reduce for 2–3 minutes.
- Create the sauce by stirring in heavy cream and Parmesan until smooth.
- Add cooked gnocchi and fresh spinach, mixing gently to combine.
- Finish by slicing the chicken and returning it to the skillet, mixing well.
- Serve warm, garnished with more Parmesan and cracked pepper.
Notes
For a lighter version, swap some heavy cream for vegetable broth. Customize by adding seasonal vegetables.
