Description

A comforting and creamy dish featuring tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and rich Alfredo sauce baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, broccoli florets, Alfredo sauce, salt, pepper, and half of the mozzarella cheese in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Top generously with the remaining mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Allow the bake to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead: Refrigerate assembled dish and bake later. Can be reheated from frozen. Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
