- 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, broccoli florets, Alfredo sauce, salt, pepper, and half of the mozzarella cheese in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top generously with the remaining mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow the bake to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Make-ahead: Refrigerate assembled dish and bake later. Can be reheated from frozen. Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
