Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the unsalted butter in a large saucepan over medium heat until bubbling and fragrant.
  2. Add the sweet corn and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and milk, stir well, then add the sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
