Instructions
- Melt the unsalted butter in a large saucepan over medium heat until bubbling and fragrant.
- Add the sweet corn and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in the heavy cream and milk, stir well, then add the sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Allow the mixture to simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
