- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup Cranberries (fresh or dried)
- 1/2 cup Pecans (chopped)
- 1–2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)

Instructions
- Wash the celery stalks under cold water, then slice them into 3–4 inch pieces.
- Prepare the filling by blending the cream cheese, chopped cranberries, and pecans in a mixing bowl. Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each celery stick with the filling, mounding it a bit for a delightful presentation.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
