Description

A creamy and savory dish featuring tender chicken, crispy bacon, and ranch flavor, topped with gooey cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz egg noodles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, diced green onions, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then stir them into the chicken mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and edges are bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Assemble the casserole the night before and store it in the fridge for convenience. You can also customize the dish with different vegetables or cheese.
