- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz egg noodles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper in a large bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, diced green onions, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then stir them into the chicken mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and edges are bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Assemble the casserole the night before and store it in the fridge for convenience. You can also customize the dish with different vegetables or cheese.
