- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup cotton candy, torn into small pieces
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- Extra cotton candy for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and cotton candy gently until evenly distributed.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and additional cotton candy for garnish.
