Instructions
- Combine lime juice, olive oil, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until blended.
- Place chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they are coated. Cover and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat your grill to medium-high.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for 3-5 minutes. Slice into thin strips.
- Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
