Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or thyme) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the same skillet, sautéing for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth.
  6. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  7. Fold the cooked rice into the sauce mixture.
  8. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and warm through.
  9. Serve garnished with freshly chopped herbs.
