Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, marinara sauce, cooked pasta, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
- Layer half of the chicken mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Add the remaining chicken mixture on top.
- Finish with the rest of the mozzarella and all of the Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese bubbles and turns golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped basil before serving.
