Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked orzo pasta
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked orzo, shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add half of the cheese and stir until integrated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge. Adjust cooking time if using an air fryer. Customize with your favorite vegetables.
