- 2 cups cooked orzo pasta
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked orzo, shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Add half of the cheese and stir until integrated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge. Adjust cooking time if using an air fryer. Customize with your favorite vegetables.
