Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup of buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the buffalo sauce with melted butter.
  7. Once the cauliflower is done baking, toss the florets in the buffalo sauce mixture until evenly coated.
  8. Return the coated cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
