Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or cheesecake flavor)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats and protein powder.
  2. Add almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
