- 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the crust: mix crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Combine softened cream cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl until creamy and smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
- Mix in heavy cream, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas until well blended.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes, until the center is set.
- Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream, sliced bananas, and crushed vanilla wafers before serving.
