Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, and flour, and mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the pudding is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
