- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 6 Jalapeño Peppers
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 8 slices Bacon
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare jalapeños by cutting in half lengthwise and removing seeds.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stuff each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a strip of chicken, followed by a slice of bacon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is golden and chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm with desired dips.
Notes
Prep jalapeños a day in advance for convenience. For a lighter version, use turkey bacon or double the cheese for a vegetarian option.
