Description

Delightfully indulgent Bacon Wrapped Chicken Jalapeno Poppers with a crunchy bacon exterior, a rich cheese filling, and a spicy jalapeño kick.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 6 Jalapeño Peppers
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare jalapeños by cutting in half lengthwise and removing seeds.
  3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a strip of chicken, followed by a slice of bacon.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is golden and chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve warm with desired dips.

Notes

Prep jalapeños a day in advance for convenience. For a lighter version, use turkey bacon or double the cheese for a vegetarian option.
