- 1 Cup Cooked Chicken, Shredded
- 4 Strips of Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Green Onions, Chopped
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and chopped green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
- Prepare the croissants: Carefully slice each croissant in half, lengthwise, and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- Fill the croissants: Generously spoon the chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each croissant.
- Top it off: Gently place the top half of the croissant on each filled bottom.
- Bake: Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until warm and slightly crispy.
