Description

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cooked Chicken, Shredded
  • 4 Strips of Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onions, Chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and chopped green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
  3. Prepare the croissants: Carefully slice each croissant in half, lengthwise, and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  4. Fill the croissants: Generously spoon the chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Top it off: Gently place the top half of the croissant on each filled bottom.
