Description

Ingredients

  • Wonton wrappers
  • Cooked chicken, shredded
  • Cream cheese
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Soy sauce
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Oil for frying
  • Lettuce, shredded
  • Tomato, diced
  • Cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, green onions, soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce in a mixing bowl.
  2. Lay out the wonton wrappers on a flat surface.
  3. Spoon about one tablespoon of the chicken mixture into each wonton wrapper.
  4. Fold the wrappers to form tacos, sealing the edges with water if necessary.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
  6. Fry the tacos in batches until golden-brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  7. Remove the tacos with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  8. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro before serving.
