Description

A creamy, spicy sauce that enhances any dish, perfect for dipping fries or chicken tenders.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise to a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Measure and add 2 tablespoons of Sriracha.
  3. Pour in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of honey.
  4. Using a whisk or fork, mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste the sauce and adjust the spice level if needed.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours to enhance flavors.

Notes

Chill the sauce for an hour before serving for best flavor. Can be made ahead of time.
