- 3 eggs
- 1 cup water or milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Food coloring (red, white, and blue)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your cupcake pan with liners.
- Combine the cake mix, eggs, water (or milk), and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Divide the batter into three bowls, adding red food coloring to one, blue to another, and leaving the third uncolored.
- Drop spoonfuls of the colored batters into the cupcake liners, swirling with a toothpick to create a tie-dye effect.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before frosting.
- Frost generously with white frosting and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles if desired.
