Description

A refreshing and flavorful summer dish featuring spaghetti, chicken, zucchini, and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sliced zucchini to the skillet, cooking until the zucchini is tender.
  5. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
