Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, orange segments, pomegranate seeds, feta cheese, and candied pecans.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, minced shallot, and a pinch of salt and pepper until the dressing is smooth.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately with any extra dressing on the side.
