Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend the fresh lemon juice, sugar, raspberries, and 1 cup of cold water until smooth.
- Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
- Combine the remaining 3 cups of cold water in the pitcher and stir well.
- Whip the heavy whipping cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Fold 1 cup of the lemonade mixture into the whipped cream gently.
- Serve the lemonade over ice and top with the whipped mixture, garnishing with fresh raspberries.
