- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1–2 teaspoons red pepper flakes (to taste)

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, roasted red peppers, olive oil, red pepper flakes, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little extra olive oil on top.
- Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a milder dip, reduce the amount of red pepper flakes.
