Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
