  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic, ginger, onion, and bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables soften, approximately 5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Pour this sauce over the sautéed chicken and vegetables.
  6. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat, add lime juice, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
