Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, teriyaki sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, steam the broccoli until tender.
- Serve the meatballs over cooked rice, topped with steamed broccoli and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
- For a spicier kick, add some sriracha to the teriyaki sauce.
- These meatballs can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
