Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup diced dill pickles
  • 12 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well blended.
  2. Add the dill pickle juice, diced dill pickles, crumbled bacon, chopped dill, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop the mixture into small shot glasses or serving cups.
