Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup taco seasoning
- 1 cup queso cheese
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup corn
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and taco seasoning.
- In a separate bowl, mix the queso cheese and cottage cheese until well blended.
- Layer the chicken mixture at the bottom of serving bowls.
- Add a layer of the queso and cottage cheese mixture on top of the chicken.
- Top with diced tomatoes, corn, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
