Description

Taco Cupcakes Delight is a creative and fun twist on traditional taco night, combining the flavors of tacos with the presentation of cupcakes.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 package of cupcake liners
  • 1 box of cornbread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • Chopped lettuce and tomatoes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the beef and follow package instructions.
  4. Prepare the cornbread mix according to package instructions, adding the egg and milk.
  5. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each liner halfway with cornbread batter.
  6. Top the cornbread batter with a spoonful of the seasoned beef.
  7. Top the beef with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cornbread is cooked through.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  10. Top each cupcake with sour cream, salsa, and garnish with lettuce and tomatoes before serving.
