- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 baguette, sliced
- Olive oil for brushing
- Hot honey for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Brush baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the crostini for about 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Spread the whipped feta mixture on each crostini.
- Drizzle with hot honey before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to control the spice level.
- Hot honey can be found in stores or made by infusing honey with chili peppers.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
