- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, and chili paste.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Add sliced bell peppers and onion, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
