  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
