Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup erythritol (or other sugar substitute)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cream cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
- Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool before removing them from the pan.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These donuts can be frozen for up to 2 months.
- Feel free to substitute raspberries with other berries if desired.
