Instructions
- Prepare the corn: If using fresh corn, shuck and cut kernels off the cob. Grill for added flavor if desired.
- Chop your veggies: Dice cucumber, halve cherry tomatoes, and chop red onion.
- Mix the dressing: In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
