Description

Delicious protein-packed Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls combining the sweetness of strawberries and cream cheese, perfect for a post-workout snack or light dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract, mixing until a dough-like consistency forms.
  3. If the mixture is too dry, gradually mix in 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, pressing firmly to hold their shape.
  5. Place the rolled balls onto a parchment-lined plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. These protein balls can be stored in the fridge for a week or frozen for up to three months.
