Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, and chopped dill until well blended.
- Lay out a slice of deli meat on a flat surface.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the deli meat.
- Place a few slices of spicy pickles on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll the deli meat tightly around the pickles and cream cheese.
- Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
- Slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, use roasted red peppers instead of deli meat.
