- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until tender.
- Add soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Remove from heat and let cool before portioning into meal prep containers.
Notes
- Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
