- 1 lb sausage (Italian or your choice)
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In the slow cooker, add the diced potatoes and chopped onion.
- Layer the sausage on top of the potatoes and onions.
- Add the green beans and minced garlic.
- Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir before serving and enjoy!

- For a spicier dish, consider adding red pepper flakes.
