Description

A hearty and comforting dish made with sausage, potatoes, and green beans, all cooked together in a slow cooker for a delicious and easy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (Italian or your choice)
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In the slow cooker, add the diced potatoes and chopped onion.
  2. Layer the sausage on top of the potatoes and onions.
  3. Add the green beans and minced garlic.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Stir before serving and enjoy!
