  • 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the beef chuck pieces.
  2. Top with chopped onion and halved baby potatoes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix garlic butter, beef broth, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes.
