- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the beef chuck pieces.
- Top with chopped onion and halved baby potatoes.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic butter, beef broth, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
