- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, cooked rice, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
