Description

A quick and delicious sheet-pan shrimp boil that combines shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage for a flavorful feast.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into thirds
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, corn, and sausage. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp to the sheet pan and toss everything together.
  5. Return to the oven and roast for an additional 10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
