- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Pat the scallops dry with paper towels and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the scallops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the scallops from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
- Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Return the scallops to the skillet and coat them in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
