- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then crumble.
- Mix the cream cheese, cheddar, maple syrup, bourbon, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the crumbled bacon.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chives and serve warm with crackers or vegetables.
Notes
You can prepare the dip ahead of time and refrigerate before baking. For a quicker method, use an air fryer.
