Description

Sausage & Egg Muffins are a delicious and convenient breakfast option that can be made ahead of time, perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Stir in the crumbled sausage and shredded cheese until well combined.
  4. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with muffin liners.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
