  • 1 cup caramel candies
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded toasted coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the pie crust by fitting it into the pie dish.
  3. Melt the caramel candies and heavy cream together in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  4. Add the toasted coconut, stirring to coat.
  5. Fill the pie crust with the caramel-coconut mixture.
  6. Create the chocolate layer by melting butter and chocolate chips together, then mixing in sugar, vanilla, and egg.
  7. Top your pie with the chocolate mixture, spreading it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set with a slight jiggle in the center.
