Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, dill, mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve warm with additional lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
  • These patties can be baked in the oven at 375°F for 15-20 minutes instead of frying.
