- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1.5 pounds)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
- Rub the garlic herb mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
- Place the tenderloin in a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your favorite sides.

- For extra flavor, marinate the pork tenderloin in the garlic herb mixture for a few hours or overnight.
