Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin (about 1.5 pounds)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Rub the garlic herb mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
  4. Place the tenderloin in a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve with your favorite sides.
