- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into a large circle.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the spinach and cheese mixture in the center of the puff pastry circle.
- Cut slits around the edges of the pastry, about 2 inches apart.
- Fold the slits over the filling to create a wreath shape.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
