Description

A festive and delicious Puff Pastry Christmas Wreath filled with spinach and cheese, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into a large circle.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the spinach and cheese mixture in the center of the puff pastry circle.
  5. Cut slits around the edges of the pastry, about 2 inches apart.
  6. Fold the slits over the filling to create a wreath shape.
  7. Brush the top with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
