Description

Delicious and healthy brownies made with zucchini, packed with protein and perfect for guilt-free indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the grated zucchini, almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add the baking soda and salt, and mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • These brownies can be frozen for up to 3 months.
